Phil Olivo was very honest and forthcoming in my initial dealing with him. I live in Virginia, but my brother lives in the house. He felt very comfortable with Phil, which was critical for us going forward.

Trying to sell a house remotely and during COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge. Our concerns about people visiting the house during the pandemic were handled by Phil in a manner that protected my brother. P&H Property Consulting handled all the details and made the entire process less of a challenge.

The advertising material were very well done and professional. The listing mentioned the conditions of sale up front so that there would be no surprises further in the process. The house sold in a short period for a price I and my family were satisfied with.

Phil helped us sell our home in Charlton, MA in 2020 (the home his wife Heidi had helped me buy in 2015).  Phil is extended family, so of course I went with him. But even if he weren't I would heartily recommend Phil to anyone looking to sell a home. He is efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, polite, understanding, good at helping us see things, looked out for our best interests, especially when we were in unfamiliar territory....all around excellent.  I've been impressed with how Phil and Heidi have grown their business and their skills, and also their involvement in their community. You can't go wrong with P&H Property Consulting, Inc.  (We were moving to CT where Phil was not licensed at the time, so he couldn't be my agent for the new home, but he did help.)
