P&H is an independent brokerage and consulting firm owned by Phil and Heidi Olivo, with a small team of local real estate professionals serving clients throughout Central Massachusetts and selected Connecticut markets. We value experience, independence, direct communication, and taking responsibility for the work we do.
The Owners
Phil Olivo - Principal Broker / Owner
Phil is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and Connecticut, a Massachusetts Licensed Construction Supervisor, and a Registered Home Improvement Contractor. His background includes brokerage, property ownership, renovation, investing, transaction-related repairs, and hands-on understanding of how buildings and sites function.
He grew up in Leicester and lives in Spencer on an old New England farm property. He is an Eagle Scout, serves with Spencer Scout Troop 116, and founded Soldiers, Scouts, Students, a grassroots initiative focused on preserving local memorials and community stories.
Phil’s approach is practical and direct. He is most useful when a property or decision requires more than a standard sales presentation.
Heidi Olivo - Broker / Co-Owner
Heidi is a licensed real estate broker and co-owner of P&H Property Consulting. She brings organization, client care, transaction coordination, operational discipline, and a steady perspective to the firm.
Heidi works closely with clients and supports the systems that keep consulting and brokerage engagements moving clearly from first conversation through completion.
